Editorial Policy
Scope and Focus
Manuscripts submitted should align with the main theme and sub-themes of the conference. We welcome original research articles, review articles, case studies, and theoretical papers that provide insights into the conference topics.
Originality and Plagiarism
All submissions must be original work that has not been previously published or is under consideration for publication elsewhere. Each manuscript will be checked for plagiarism using advanced software, and any manuscript with a similarity index exceeding 20% will be automatically rejected.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
- Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English. Ensure correct grammar and spelling.
- Length: Manuscripts should be between 8,000 and 10,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.
- Formatting: Follow the provided template (link) for formatting your manuscript. Ensure consistent use of font size, headings, and spacing.
- References: All sources must be properly cited using the APA (7th Edition) referencing style.
Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process:
- Each manuscript will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the field.
- The review process will take approximately 2-3 weeks.
- Authors will receive feedback and may be required to make revisions before final acceptance.
Ethical Considerations
- Authorship: All authors listed should have made significant contributions to the research.
- Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- Data Accuracy: Authors are responsible for ensuring that data presented in their manuscripts are accurate and verifiable.
Copyright and Licensing
Authors will retain copyright to their manuscripts. By submitting to this conference, authors agree to grant the conference organizers the right to publish and disseminate the work in conference proceedings, both in print and online.
Withdrawal Policy
If authors wish to withdraw their manuscript, they must notify the editorial team in writing. Manuscript withdrawal requests are subject to approval by the editorial committee.
Post-Conference Publication
Selected manuscripts may be considered for publication in associated journals, subject to further peer review and the journal's editorial policies.
