ICAME XI

ICAME XI 2026 welcomes the submission of original and high-quality manuscripts for presentation at the conference. The conference provides a scholarly platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and professionals to share research findings, conceptual developments, and applied insights in areas related to management, economics, finance, and technology.

ICAME XI 2026 is held in response to the rapid rise of artificial intelligence and fintech, and aims to provide a platform for addressing emerging challenges in innovation, risk, ethics, and public trust in a digitally transformed global economy. The conference particularly encourages research that bridges academic, industry, and policy perspectives and contributes evidence-based and actionable insights.

All submitted manuscripts must be written in English and should reflect academic quality, originality, and relevance to the conference theme.

The main theme of ICAME XI 2026 is:

Navigating the Intelligent Economy: Innovation and Governance

This theme explores how innovation, intelligent technologies, and effective governance are reshaping economic and managerial decision-making. It encourages research on responsible transformation, organizational competitiveness, institutional resilience, and sustainable value creation across business, government, and society.

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that align with the conference theme and sub-themes. Topics include, but are not limited to:

Types of Manuscripts

ICAME XI 2026 accepts the following types of contributions:

  • Full research papers
  • Review papers
  • Conceptual papers
  • Case-based studies
  • Selected short scholarly communications, where appropriate

All submissions must show a clear academic purpose, logical structure, and meaningful contribution to the relevant field.

Manuscript Preparation

Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official conference template.

Authors are expected to ensure that their manuscripts fully follow the formatting and submission requirements stated in the template before submission.

Citation and References

All in-text citations and reference lists must follow APA Style 7th Edition consistently. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all references included in the manuscript.

Every source cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and all entries in the reference list must be cited appropriately in the manuscript.

Originality and Similarity Check

Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission.

All submissions will be screened for originality as part of the editorial process. ICAME XI 2026 does not accept manuscripts with a similarity or plagiarism score exceeding 20%. A similarity score below this threshold does not automatically guarantee acceptance, as the editorial team will also assess the nature and source of the similarity.

Submission Procedure

Manuscripts must be submitted through the designated online submission system. Authors are required to register an account before submitting their manuscripts.

Authors should ensure that all required metadata and files are submitted accurately and completely through the system.

Review Process

All submissions will undergo editorial screening followed by peer review. Manuscripts will be evaluated based on:

  • Relevance to the conference theme and sub-themes
  • Originality and contribution
  • Conceptual clarity
  • Methodological soundness
  • Analytical quality
  • Ethical compliance
  • Clarity of writing and presentation

The editorial team reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the academic, technical, or ethical requirements of the conference.

Presentation Requirement

Accepted papers are expected to be presented at ICAME XI 2026 by at least one of the authors or designated presenters (Letter of Invitation will be sent via e-mail of the author). Further information regarding presentation format, schedule, and participation requirements will be provided by the conference committee.

AI Usage

Authors may use generative AI or AI-assisted tools only in a limited and transparent manner, such as for improving language, readability, or manuscript organisation. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, citations, interpretation, and final content of the manuscript.

Any substantive use of AI in manuscript preparation should be disclosed at the time of submission. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

Ethical Responsibilities

Authors must ensure that their submissions comply with accepted standards of academic and professional conduct. This includes:

  • Submitting original work
  • Avoiding plagiarism and duplicate submission
  • Acknowledging all sources properly
  • Ensuring accurate and honest reporting
  • Assigning authorship appropriately
  • Disclosing conflicts of interest where relevant

Revision and Final Paper

Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewer comments or editorial recommendations (revision information will be sent via e-mail). Revised papers must be resubmitted within the specified deadline.

For accepted papers, authors may also be required to submit a final camera-ready version that complies fully with the official template and conference requirements.
